We know that rental spaces are limited in our neighborhood.

Because of this, it is our hope that the community would find our building

to be a great option for various rental possibilities.

We have a variety of spaces that can work for all kinds of community needs including birthday parties, concerts, 

weddings & rehearsals, art shows, drama performances, small & large meeting spaces, movie nights, 

cooking events, holiday events, etc.   We have a number of larger rooms, a good sized kitchen space, 

a playground area, & we have a number of office spaces available for rent as well. 

All this with ample parking to accommodate everyone.
